SAINTS REGISTRATION DETAILS

Hello everyone,

Welcome back to SAINTS rugby!!!!! The focus this season will be on having fun, being active & healthy, staying safe, and connecting with our friends and teammates. Unlike other years, there will be no contact this season and we will follow COVID protocols similar to what is listed on the website https://www.sabrfc.com/covid-19.

SAINTS program details:

  • Practice will be held on Monday nights 18h30-20h00 at Ecole St-George, 300 Rue Ste-Anne.

  • 8 weeks starting Monday June 28 and ending on Sunday August 15.

  • Practice on Monday July 19 + July 26 (Construction holiday*) will be optional based on demand

  • There will be no jamborees this summer

  • Program is subject to change due to COVID restrictions ****

SAINTS Membership Categories & Coaches:

  • U6/U8 – Coaches: Heather T., Angela G., Alex S.

  • U10 – Coaches: Jessie M., Mike T.

  • U12 – Coaches: Jeremy S., Janco G.

  • U14/U16 – Coaches: Jeff T., Liam M., Darcy N., Mitch C., Kevin F., Steve S.

HOW TO REGISTER:

  1. Register SAINTS Rugby registration 2021

  2. Returning families login. New families create account (parent creates an account first, and then add children)

  3. Complete the 2021 SABRFC Acknowledgment of Risk Form

  4. As a parent who wishes to attend practices, you will also have to sign an acknowledgement of risk form for yourself to be able to attend practices.

  5. ***NEW***Sign up for practice 24 hours in advance for each practice

  6. You must register for practice and answer COVID related health questions prior to each practice that your child will attend. The link to sign up for each practice is here (https://www.sabrfc.com/book-online)

  7. Please sign up as a parent if you will be coming to watch because we will need to manage numbers and track attendance because of COVID (https://www.sabrfc.com/book-online)

  9. Arrive at practice 15 minutes early | 18h15

  10. Check in at gate (Attendance, Waiver, Covid questionnaire verification) *Note, you will have to have registered as a spectator also.

  11. Masks are NOT required

  12. Hand sanitizer will be provided at check in gate

  13. Bring your own reusable water bottles (no potable water on site).

  14. There are no facilities available

  15. 50 participants / 50 spectators maximum in the practice area *Will resort to first come/first serve if necessary
