We need ONECLUB volunteers! Grab a TEAMMATE, a friend, a neighbour, your mom or your dad and sign up for some fun!!
We are working with the Lakeshore General Hospital Foundation's newest fundraising initiative Change for Change. On Saturday, June 19th, we are running a roadblock to collect change from passing vehicles in front of the Ste-Anne’s at the fire station. All funds raised will go directly to the Emergency Department at the LGH.
Shifts
Shift 1: 9:30am to 1pm.
Shift 2: 1pm to 4:30pm.
You will be provided with face masks, gloves, and a Lakeshore General Hospital Foundation t-shirt! They will also provide the buckets to collect the change so it will be a ‘no contact’ collection.
Send Lee or Marty an email by JUNE 4th to let them know you are coming to help out! Please also fill in the attached waiver and let them know what size t-shirt you need.
