JM rules SABRFC with an iron fist… ironically the weight and lack of dexterity of the iron fist also causes many knock-ons for the fleet-of-foot-heavy-handed hooker. Known on the field, for his near-perfect hooking technique and ball retention in mauls, off the field he is celebrated for his rigid enforcement of the law and boisterous wake-up calls. Jean-Marie has been involved in the Quebec Juniors Program as both a player (1991-1993) and coach (2002-2004).
